Developing and executing a strategic action plan focused on developing a network of 400 churches, organizations, and individuals running Alpha and 100 donors fueling and funding the organization. This involved one-on-one coaching of church/org leaders and donors, organizing (in-person & virtual) trainings, fundraisers, and other large-group events, communicating and envisioning people to engage the organization in a deeper way, developing and leading various marketing efforts, leading a Board of high-capacity church and marketplace leaders, managing a small team of staff and volunteers, and lastly, administratively supporting all of these aspects of the role.
